DESCRIPTION:How Does a Virtual Race Work?\n\nYou sign up to participate on Run Sign Up\nThe first 70 people to sign up get a free t-shirt\nChoose when you will do your run (please post your time by 9pm 9/12)\nPrint out your bib (optional)\nRun or walk your 5k between Sept 5-12 and time yourself\nLog in and let us know your time (using the RaceJoy app)\nPost a photo at the end of your race @KatonahVIS on Facebook\nWe all win!\n\n  \nYou Choose:\nYour Own 5k Adventure \nDo The K5k route any day between Sept 5 and 12\, or any other 5k route anywhere!  \nAll Day K5k \nThe K5k route will be marked and flagged on Saturday\, September 12th 6am-6pm.
