Sunday, April 19th, 1:30pm-4:30pm in the Katonah Village Library Garden Room
In honor of the upcoming 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, families are invited to the Katonah Village Library for a fun and immersive afternoon inspired by the Disney film National Treasure.
Guests can enjoy a special screening of the movie along with themed activities, light refreshments, and a library-wide scavenger hunt inspired by the film’s puzzles and historical clues.
Families may complete the scavenger hunt at their own pace. Children who finish the hunt can bring their completed sheets to the screening to receive a small “treasure” prize. Additional activities will include a popcorn bar and an invisible ink station.
Designed to be engaging and low-pressure, the event blends entertainment, history, and community spirit into a memorable afternoon for all ages.
The library recommends that children under 10 be accompanied by an adult.
While we make every effort to avoid food allergens, we cannot guarantee that food served or used in a program has not come into contact with tree nuts, soy, or other allergens.
